While with the brokerage, Lilia earned the status of Top Producing Agent for seven consecutive years, including President's Circle, Director's Club, Leading Edge Society, and achieved a Multi-Million Dollar Sales volume.  Lilia’s academic background includes an MBA degree from Monterey Institute of International Studies and BS degree from the University of San Francisco.

In 1999, Lilia achieved a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.  The CRS designation is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field.  It is earned by accomplishing both experience and education requirements.  The CRS designation has placed Lilia in the elite class of less than 5% of the professional realtors in the country.

We are not only committed to serving our clients, but to solidifying and enriching our relationships with the Tri-Valley community.  Our dedication to the environment also continues to grow as our company was the first Real Estate Brokerage to acquire a “Green” certification from the Bay Area Green Business Program.  We have also volunteered for “Build”, a non-profit organization that provides real-world entrepreneurial experience that empowers youth from under-resourced communities to excel in education, become leaders in their communities, and succeed professionally.

Although we currently serve throughout the Bay Area, we are continuously seeking to expand and tailor services to our growing referrals in the Tri-Valley cities of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon and Danville.  We are excited to be living and working in Livermore, and its nearby cities.  There is much to do in this beautiful community with four surrounding golf courses, about 40 wineries, bike trails and historic downtown Livermore.  There is also the Lawrence Livermore National Lab and Sandia National Lab that have made Livermore a technological hub.
