Car Show In Livermore 2011

This will be Livermore Valley’s first Luxury car show, organized about a year ago by the Fremont-based entertainment company Mogulaire Inc.  An exciting event I am looking forward to.

The car show is a great opportunity to expose the beautiful Livermore Valley wine region.  Unlike other car shows in California, this show will concentrate on vehicles manufactured from 1949 to the present.  Including “Miami Vice” era Ferraris, Porsches and BMWs to the 2011 Chevy Corvette ZR1 that boasts a test-track speed record of 205 mph.

Tired of sitting in traffic on the congested Interstate 580?  Don’t fret any longer, Rapid transit is near.

The Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) expects to begin Rapid service on January 24, 2011. The operator of the Wheels bus system provides local and public transit service to the cities of Dublin, Livermore and Pleasanton.

Short Sale (HAFA) Sellers May Receive Money At Closing

The federal government is helping borrowers in providing an alternative way to avoid foreclosure and also receive a $3,000 incentive for relocation costs.  This is all due to the HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative) program.

Livermore Chosen as One of Six iHubs in California

On March 18th, California Business, Transportation and Housing (BTH) Agency announced the establishment of six inaugral designations of California's new Innovation Hub (iHub) initiative.  The locations include Livermore, Orange County, San Francisco, Sacramento, Sonoma County and Coachella Valley.
